Strategic Plan Implementation Coaching

You have a strategic plan. Your board approved it. But competing priorities and daily crises keep pushing it aside. This coaching gives Executive Directors the structured support, accountability, and decision-making frameworks needed to navigate roadblocks and rebuild momentum. Move from managing what's urgent to leading what matters most. Available in 3-, 6-, or 12-month packages. See full coaching packages, timelines, and pricing.

Team Training Workshops

We lead practical, nonprofit-specific workshops that help teams build shared understanding and stronger habits in three key areas:

  • Culture: Get everyone (staff and board of directors) on the same page. We help teams connect their work to the mission, live out the organization’s values, and center the voices of the people they serve.

  • Data: Learn what data to collect, why it matters, and how to use it. We make data less overwhelming and more useful for everyday decisions and program improvements.

  • Operations: Strengthen how your team works together. Topics include communication, supervision, delegation, and building clear, supportive systems for getting work done.

Team workshop pricing begins at $2,500.

Board Governance Training

Effective governance requires both knowledge and practice. Our 2-hour and 3-hour training sessions move beyond generic board development to address your specific challenges, whether that's clarifying roles, strengthening financial oversight, managing conflicts of interest, or building authentic diversity. Sessions are interactive, values-centered, and designed to honor your board's experience while building new capacity. Boards leave with frameworks they can use right away. Available as single sessions or discounted series packages. See our training workshop sessions, including session formats and pricing.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does strategic planning cost for a nonprofit?

Every engagement is scoped to your organization's size, timeline, and goals, so pricing reflects the depth of facilitation and the number of sessions involved, not an hourly rate. We give you a clear, all-inclusive quote before any work begins, so there are no surprises. Packages range from $3,750 for a streamlined Sprint option to $18,000 for our most comprehensive engagement, with discounted rates for small nonprofits. See our Strategic Planning page for full package details and pricing.

What does board governance training cover?

Board governance work focuses on the essentials that keep a nonprofit healthy: clear roles between board and staff, board member responsibilities, meeting and decision-making practices, and the board's role in strategy and oversight. We tailor each session to where your board is right now, whether you are onboarding new members, resetting expectations, or strengthening an already-strong board. See our board governance training menu for the full list of modules, session pricing, and multi-session discounts.

How long does the strategic planning process take?

Most strategic planning engagements run three to six months, depending on how many stakeholders are involved and how much data gathering is needed. That includes discovery and pre-work, a series of facilitated planning sessions, and drafting and finalizing your plan. We set a realistic schedule with you up front so the work fits your team's capacity. Have a shorter deadline? Schedule a consultation to talk about what package can be customized to best fit your needs.
